Price Match

Price matching is only valid for branded copier and printer supplies. Supplies Connect will match prices but only under the following conditions:

• ONLY with these online stores: Office Depot, Office Max, Staples, and Target.
• Identical product; must be the same brand name and model.
• The item must be currently available from us and the competitors.
• Must provide evidence of the current offer.
• Limited to one price match per item per customer.

The following scenarios are not eligible for price match:

• Compatible/generic/remanufactured ink, toner, fusers, miscellaneous parts, and service.
• Products such as bags, CD/DVD media, digital products, downloadable software, ethernet switches, external drives, face masks, face shields, gift cards, gloves, hand sanitizer, headsets, laptops, modems, monitors, network switches, office supplies, prepaid cards, servers, storage products, surge protectors, vacuums, water dispensers, and water filters.
• Exceptional promotions and circumstances such as:
  • Advertising and pricing errors
  • Bundles, free/bonus items, and buy one, get one free offers
  • Clearance
  • Contract pricing
  • Coupons and gift card offers
  • Credit card and financing offers
  • Damaged/opened packaging or discontinued products
  • Liquidation and going out of business sales
  • Items on sale for holidays such as the 4th of July, Green Monday, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Presidents Day, as well as Black Friday and Cyber Monday
  • Limited or minimum quantities
  • Limited time offers
  • Rebates, mail-in rebates, and mail-in offers
  • Trade-ins and pre-owned items
  • Tax promotions

You may contact us by phone or email to request a price match. We need the model or part number and price of your item. Please show evidence of the competitor’s price via one of the following two methods:

1. Picture or screenshot of the online offer.
2. The complete URL (web address) of the product page on the competitor’s website.

We will respond to you after the information has been verified and approved, within one to two business days.

Supplies Connect reserves the right to limit quantities and modify or cancel the ‘Price Match’ at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective immediately on Suppliesconnect.com.
